We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will actively pursue new and prospective clients for BN Design SEO and web development projects.  This is the ideal position for someone pursuing a college degree in business or communications.

Responsibilities:

- Research potential clients
- Create and pursue new client leads.
- Monitor and maintain a list of potential clients.
- Deliver detailed client proposals prepared with BN Design staff

Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- Basic knowledge of the web
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, PHP, HTML, CSS a plus
- Ability to communicate through forums and social networking sites

Compensation:  commission based on experience

Independent Programmer
This position is based in Waco, TX

We are looking for a motivated programmer to join our team.  Like any web development company, we are always trying to expand our services and offerings.  This individual must be organized and must have the ability to work with deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain dynamic web sites
- Troubleshoot client and server-side errors
- Assist with web software builds

Requirements:

- BS in CS
- Open source contribution with any authoring language is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Working knowledge of XHTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, ASP.net
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash a plus
- Knowledge of WordPress (for blog-based builds) and any other CMS a plus
